Seafood Boil thru Thai Seasoning
SEAFOOD BOIL: Pieces blend.
Mustard seed, dill, ginger, chilies, bay, allspice, celery seed, cinnamon & black pepper. Turn shrimp, crab, lobster
& crawfish into an Epicurean delight using this tasty blend. Add 1 tsp. per pound of shellfish to the boiling water.

SEAFOOD SEASONING: Cut/sifted
blend with whole seeds. Dill, sesame seed, lemon peel, basil, tarragon & celery flakes. Sprinkle on broiled,
baked or fried seafood. Add to tuna fish salad. A real hit in dips. Add 1 tablespoon per cup of sour cream.

SPAGHETTI SEASONING: Cut/sifted
blend. Onion, basil, garlic, oregano, black pepper, parsley, lemon peel & bay. In medium sauce pan, combine
1 (16 oz) can tomato paste, 1 cup of water, 1/4 cup spaghetti seasoning & 1 (15oz) can whole tomatoes. Simmer 30
