Culinary Blends A-CH

Apple Pie Spice: This ground blend includes cinnamon, fenugreek, lemon peel, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg. Use it to enhance almost any fruit dish, pudding, cobbler, cake, or cookie. The fenugreek gives the blend a hint of maple flavor.

Bar-B-Quick: This ground blend is made with chilies, garlic, yeast, onion, paprika, pepper, cumin, nutmeg, cayenne, and hickory smoke. Add it to your own barbecue sauce, beans, casseroles, grains, potatoes, dips, and appetizers. You can also use it as a dry rub.

Bouquet Garni: This cut/sifted blend has celery flakes, parsley, rosemary, thyme, and bag. Use it in roasts, stews, and soups.

Cajun Blackening: This is a ground blend with cut/sifted pieces. It is made with onion, garlic, paprika, chili pepper, fennel, black pepper, thyme, lemon peel, oregano, white pepper, red pepper, and citric acid.

Cajun Seasoning: This ground blend includes paprika, onion, garlic, thyme, marjoram, fennel, cumin, and cayenne. Use this mild but tasty blend to season fish, chicken, yellow vegetables, popcorn, French fries, and beans.

Cajun Lime: This ground blend includes paprika, lime, onion, garlic, thyme, marjoram, fennel, cumin, and cayenne. It is great on chicken and fish or as an oil-and-vinegar salad dressing.

Cheese & Italian Seasoning: This ground blend is made with parmesan and Romano cheeses along with garlic, sesame seeds, inactive yeast, oregano, marjoram, thyme, lemon peel, rosemary, and citric acid. Use it on pasta, bread, and salads, and add it to dips and dressing. No salt is added, but it contains a trace of salt from cheeses.

Spicy Chicken & Pork: This is a course ground blend. It is made with paprika, brown sugar, thyme, onion, oregano, black and white pepper, garlic, cayenne, fennel seed, and gumbo.

Chicken Seasoning: This cut/sifted blend includes chives, basil, parsley, paprika, coriander, lemon peel, mustard, garlic, and black pepper. It is great for use on chicken, potatoes, squash, pork chops, and potato salad.

Chili powder: This ground blend features chili pepper, cumin, garlic, oregano, coriander, allspice, and cloves. We think it's the greatest chili blend ever. It has no salt and no sugar.

Chipotle Bar-B-Que: This ground blend is made with chili pepper, garlic, chipotles, yeast, onion, paprika, pepper, cumin, nutmeg, cayenne, and hickory smoke. Because it doesn't contain salt or sugar, it makes a great dry rub.

Chipotle Southwest: This cut/sifted blend also is salt-free and sugar-free. Its ingredients are bell pepper, red pepper, cumin seed, onion, garlic flakes, chipotle, paprika, and citric acid. This product is spicier than Chipotle BBQ and has a great flavor.
